FAQ

Q: ARE YOU INSURED AS A COMMERCIAL OPERATOR ?

A: Yes

Q: WHAT DOES IT COST TO RENT A "ENTERTAINER COACH"?
A: Between $1200 - $2,000 / day all things factored in...
Three big line item costs involved in leasing a coach:
a) Day rate of the coach...

b) Driver day rate...

c) Diesel fuel cost...

DRIVER COST: Our Pro & tour experienced drivers are at market rates...
Driver's pay based on:
Driver not pulling a trailer: $400 / day...
Driver pulling a trailer: $450 / day...

Driver are also paid for services that usually take place on a weekly basis:
Generator Services (every 100 hours of use): $300 / service...
Weekly Interior Cleanings & Linen Changes: $250-$275 / service...
Exterior Bus Washes: $75 / wash... And additional $25 / wash is charged if pulling a trailer...

Overdrive guidelines are set forth by The DOT (10 hours on-duty driving).
The Industry standard is that an overdrive is set at 451 miles...Our Overdrive starts at 501 miles.

If your tour involves daily drives that will exceed a Driver's legal limit, be prepared to incur the additional cost of flying a Co-Driver out to help with the long drive...

DIESEL FUEL: is always a big line item for any tour
Therefore:
a) how many miles are you traveling...

b) what is the expected MPG for the coach (6MPG without a trailer and 5MPG if pulling a trailer)...

c) how much does a gallon of diesel fuel cost...

In calculating fuel, the simple equation for calculating fuel:
Total Miles divided by the Bus MPG times Fuel Cost per Gallon...

On a 45 day tour that travels a total of 14,805 miles, with no trailer, and diesel fuel is currently averaging about $5.75 / gallon...
So:

14,805 miles / 6MPG X $5.75 / gallon = $14,188.13 is the estimated fuel cost we would list on the proposal...

OTHER COSTS: are:
Tolls / Permits / IFTA /: $85 / day
Direct TV In-Motion Satellite: $15 / day
WiFi: $10 / day
Trailer Rentals: $100-$150 / day
Main Engine Service: based on $.12 / mile
Rear Bed Kit / 14 Bunker Conversions: $500
End of Tour Interior Cleaning: $350
Quotes factor in the Driver with a hotel room (minimum 3 star) each day (or night) of the tour (and any Deadhead days)...

This is the general calculus on costs to lease an Entertainer coach...

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF WE HAVE A MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN?
A: All buses new or older can breakdown period .

Buses, just like any other mechanical equipment, have problems... they can have mechanical problems at any time, and any place... most with little or no forewarning...

We do not have a bus transfer roadside rescue program bringing in another bus like Prevost.
That safety net comes at a premium through large retail operations in which this rental would be double quite possibly triple the costs.
However for any mechanical issues that might happen on any tour or one off rental like this one, we first try to resolve it on site through our vendor that has satellite mobile truck and coach repair operations throughout the US..One that would be closest proximity to determine simple issue or complex
In full disclosure, while we 'll always make our best efforts and work tirelessly to provide assistance. We just can't guarantee we can provide remedy in a short period of time as it depends on many factors including your location and how long it might take a 3rd party vendor to arrive etc.
We'll do our best to overcome any issues
